Located in a rural hamlet among the vineyards in the Bordeaux region of France. The site is an old winery, lovingly restored from a derelict condition to a well appointed, spacious holiday home.
With unique features, and a comfortable range of living and sleeping spaces. The site benefits from its own swimming pool, swings and slide and a games room. Within an hour of places to explore such as Bergerac, St. Emillion, Bordeaux and Perigueux.
Also nearby are Eymet, Duras, Pellegrue & Monbazillac.
A wide range of activities available to do in the area, from walking and cycling to water based activities on the Dordogne to world class golf courses such as the well renowned Chateau des Vigiers with it’s 27 holes across 3 golf courses.
Ease of Access
25 mins drive from Bergerac with flights from a range of UK airports including London, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester.
Bordeaux Airport approx. 1 hour away, with access to most major world airport hubs.
Garden
There’s a garden, terrace and also a BBQ available. The site has a shared area with swings, slides and a communal play room, complete with table tennis and table football. All of this is next to the solar heated swimming pool.

Linen & Towels Included
The house comes prepared with the bed linen & towels and all kitchenware and utensils needed to accommodate the number of guests booked.
We can provide cots for infants, as well as high chair(s) if needed.
